Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll automatically prorate any difference. If you upgrade, you'll only pay for the remaining time in your billing period. When downgrading, we'll credit your account for unused time. There are no fees for changing plans.

Billing Questions

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your card information on our servers. You can manage your payment methods at any time from your account settings.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will switch to our free plan, so you won't lose access to your data. You can reactivate your subscription anytime.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund. For monthly subscriptions after the first 30 days, we don't offer refunds but you can cancel anytime. Annual plans can receive a prorated refund for unused months.
